Our Cold Springs Vineyard, with a west-facing exposure at 1,650 feet, produces Cabernet Sauvignon fruit that typifies the luscious cherry characteristics found in grapes grown in the appellation. Aromas of spice, black currant and cardamom complement the intense red currant and pomegranate flavors.
