Meetings and Events
From business gatherings to family celebrations, the Charles Krug Winery estate offers the perfect venue. The historic Carriage House is a registered historic landmark built by Charles Krug in 1881. Upstairs, floors and ceilings have been refinished with old-growth redwood recovered from historic Charles Krug wine tanks installed by Cesare and Rosa Mondavi in 1943 (from the winery's original cellar, c. 1872, itself the oldest winery building in Napa Valley). Downstairs offers a simpler open, pillared space which can be transformed according to any theme. Each floor of the Carriage House seats up to 175 for dining, 280 for receptions, or a combination for meetings.
Or choose a barbecue or picnic on the estate's Great Lawn, unequalled by any other outdoor space in Napa Valley. The Lawn is shaded by heritage oaks and built-in barbecue pit and a wood-fired pizza oven add to the possibilities. The Great Lawn accommodates up to 700.
